"Defiance"
Oppositional Defiant Disorder in Children and how it affects parents' lives.

"Defiance" is an animated research film by director Bjorn Stickle, created for his Graduate Thesis. It explores Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) through expressive storytelling and educational insight. Advised by two developmental psychologists, the film is currently under IRB review for use in a forthcoming human research study.

Following IRB approval, Defiance will be used in a year-long research study exploring public and clinical perceptions of ODD. The film will also begin its international festival circuit in October 2025, with academic findings to be published in a peer-reviewed journal upon study completion.
